Autumn has always been my time of year... the fresh air, cozy sweaters, and romantic scenery always inspires me. I'm pretty sure everyone has their season... when they feel refreshed and ready to do new things. So with every Autumn I have this earning to walk along the crunchy leaves buy some school supplies, go to the library, and learn something. With my inspiration high a couple weeks ago I went to LA to learn Photoshop and attend Blogshop! And let me tell, it was much more fun than the library!
I have followed Bri's blog Design Love Fest for some time and I have always been inspired by her designs and fresh content she delivers daily. A while back she decided to start Blogshop with Angela from Angela & Ithyle, I knew I wanted to attend. It took me some time to get into a class, they fill up quick. But I made it and I'm really happy I took the jump...sometimes taking the jump to do something new is half the battle.
I learned so many helpful and unexpected new things... short cut keys were my favorite, it sounds funny but I was so excited to learn them. When it comes to time management I need all the help I can get, so for me the shortcut keys were the jam! There was so many exciting things I learned... I could probably go on for days. But to keep it short if you are looking to learn Photoshop for photo editing skills, layouts, or you just want your blog and the internet to become prettier... I highly recommend attending Blogshop! Oh and lastly the people you meet... it feels really good to be around people who are creative!
Take the time this Autumn to learn something new, grow, and be inspired... and just so you know I am in it to win it and this post is my entry into the Blogshop Photoshop Contest!
